As the state of New Jersey slowly loosens certain restrictions, we’re ready to welcome back our clients and celebrate again…cautiously, of course. But before we meet again, here’s what we’re implementing at Eyes at Dawn in order to keep everyone safe and healthy.
What You Should Know About the Recent Changes at Eyes at Dawn
- Reduced Pricing- We’ve decided to temporarily reduce pricing for smaller sized events. We’ve also come to the decision of reduced pricing because of the financial hardships that COVID-19 has caused.
- Smaller Packages- Eyes at Dawn wants to keep everyone as safe as possible and limit exposure of any viruses. So we’re offering reduced hours. You can now book a videographer or photographer for a shorter amount of time.
- Smaller Deposits- We are accepting smaller amount deposits for 2021/ 2022 Weddings and Events.
- Accepting Future Reservations- We are still accepting reservations for 2021/2022.
- Limited locations- We will be serving New Jersey and New York for the remainder of 2020 and until further notice.
- No Large Events- Weddings with over 100 guests are not in consideration at this time until further notice. As a small NJ based business, we must align with local laws as well as consider the health of our team members.
- Safety First- Our team members will wear masks and keep as much distance as possible. We will also conduct temperature checks before any event to ensure that our team is healthy and well.
Some Things to Consider
All hope is not lost. While many couples have opted to have backyard, intimate weddings or no wedding at all, there are still memories to capture. And there are so many choices! From a private session to a virtual wedding. You are not alone. Many parties and weddings have had to be rescheduled and postponed. Here are some ideas you may want to consider.
- A private photo session- many couples plan out an entire photo session to capture perfectly styled wedding photos. This is a great thing to consider. There is no pressure of having to move along because you’re rushing to be on schedule or mingle with guests, no one is pestering you to approve any decisions and so much more. You can even include your parents and closest relatives if you’d like. Private wedding sessions start at $400 for 3 hours. You can include up to 10 people in these sessions.
- Cinematography style video- Add a beautiful video with your private session and show it off to all of your family and friends. Again, there’s no pressure of anything else that day. It will also allow for you to work closely with your videographer to storyboard a beautiful video.
- Plan a backyard wedding- Many couples have opted to have smaller, intimate weddings from the comfort of their own backyards. Hire a team for a few hours and keep it simple but still have beautiful photo/video memories.
- Have a virtual wedding- Maybe you have a lot of family and friends from different places. Virtual weddings are popular right now because they allow everyone to attend from wherever they may be (safely). Let our team handle the virtual part of your intimate wedding and capture it as well.
*Tips to prevent from becoming ill:
- Avoiding close contact with sick individuals
- Frequently wash hands with soap and water
- Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
- Wearing a mask around others
